Joshua Zameska began his career in the restaurant industry at age eleven as a dishwasher. He also worked as a busser, bar-back, server, and bartender before apprenticing as a cook at Brasserie Perrier. He spent two years cooking at Brasserie and Le Bec Fin, and has worked at Avenue B, Striped Bass, and Paradigm, among other notable Philadelphia establishments. Joshua received his degree in Marketing and Finance from Temple University and is currently General Manager of Bar Ferdinand and El Camino Real.
